Sunday – Touratech Navigation Rally
Sunday is a lighter day compared to Saturday, but we be running our 1st Annual Touratech Navigation Rally. A roadbook rally taking in some of the best biking roads and trails South Wales has to offer.
The navigation rally is a new concept for this year’s Travel Event & with your help, we hope to grow it year on year. The event is going to give customers a good insight of what it’s like to ride with a roadbook. Customers will complete 3 road loops (total of 100 miles) and 3 off road sections at the iconic Walters Arena. As this event is catered for the adventure bikes, the off road sections will be based on fire roads with one or two single-tracks thrown in for good measure, which will all be novice friendly and designed for adventure bikes on road tyres
The rally will start at approximately 10am and finish at 4pm from Touratech HQ on Sunday May 8th. Navigation & map reading skills will be very useful in order to find you way round the 3 road loops, but don’t worry there will be plenty of help on hand. After each road loop you will then ride an off-road section (x2 timed & x1 skills test) held at the fabulous 4,000 acre riding heaven, known as Walters Arena. But we will still be running our guided off-road rides so you can see the action on the off-road sections.
This Navigation Rally is open to all road legal riders/bikes. Entry fee £30
We hope to see you all at the weekend.
